I bought one for my son last week and he was so impressed he bought another to go with my current helmet to replace. The second one I received wasn't up to the same standards as the first. The matte black body had scratches and scuffs, the rubber nosepiece was glued on but half was coming loose, the side panels were dangling like they'd just fallen into a box. These were all minor issues except for the last one. The visor was cracked, broken and also accidentally thrown in the box. I suspect that this second helmet was returned earlier and was not checked before it was returned. So on average 3 stars, 5 for the first, 1 for the second.
