High vibration transmission

It was easy to install and looks very solid. problem for me? This kit replaced the mirror with a rubber grommet between the mounting clip and where the mirror stem screws in. The rubber seemed to dampen vibrations while riding more than I thought. There is no such rubber bushing in this block. Therefore, when driving on a bumpy (or not so bumpy) track, there is a noticeable wobble of the mirror.
