I have carpal tunnel on both wrists and have bought at least 6 different brands to find one that fits properly and is comfortable enough to wear all day and let me tell you that this orthosis is unconditionally absolutely perfect The thumb is the right size and the material it's made of is soft and smooth on the inside, it stretches a little and can compress a little so this is the only orthosis that allows me to has to feel the pain fully. free. So 5 stars for comfort, 5 stars for fit and 4.5 stars for good workmanship and durability. The only thing I like is that there are 4 sharp points on the straps where the velcro is sewn in and they tend to snag on my clothes and blanket, but I fixed that with a drop of hot glue on each cone bar :) I loved these braces so ok I bought two so I have a clean one to wear one after washing and waiting for the other to dry and I wear them day and night it is so comfortable :) also the material covering belts catches static electricity and tends to catch lint from blankets making them look dirty but they really aren't. I bought the XL size first because my wrist is about 9 inches. All braces of the same size will only fit an 8.5" wrist so one was actually a bit large. So I order a second one in size L and it stands up to an 8.5 but as the material stretches a little it gave me a perfect fit with no gaps or creases and provided the compression I desperately needed to keep my pain-satisfied client happy to alleviate
