Review on Women'S Gothic Burlesque Steampunk Corset Skirt Renaissance Dress Costume by Cynthia Guarente

I am 5'9", 155 lb, usually wear a US size 10-12. I tried the 2XL, which is probably the closest size for me but the fit is still poor for my busty 34DDD figure. The 2XL skirt is not flattering to my 39x35x40" measurements. It's poorly constructed with uneven gathering at the seams so that it's too poufy at the top of the thighs. The skirt comes in a separate plastic bag. It's its own piece. If you want to try the dress, order the pieces separately so if you like the corset or not the skirt or vice versa, you can return the piece that doesn't work. This corset didn't work for me either. No boob support, so my boobs kinda work their way down my waist; which is super uncomfortable. A smaller size would not fit my waist. I need a more fitted bodice with a supportive breast cup -- I have several Senchanting brand corsets that are awesome but they didn't have the purple color I wanted. The color on this lace bodice is supposed to be purple and black, but it's really dark. In dim lighting, it looks almost black. I wanted brighter purple.
