I bought these knowing I wouldn't use them for cupcakes. I wanted something to pack some finger food in a gift box for a trip to a kids party. They get pretty big for a cupcake. Next to him in my photo is a regular sized cupcake. These containers are very flimsy and a bit flimsy but fit perfectly for what I needed. No problem closing them. They hit and held together very well. I'm only giving 4 stars because they are so thin and how careful I had to be to not crumple the pages or damage the locking mechanisms. They came with tape which I think makes the seller suspicious because I see some people might have trouble closing them without destroying the mechanisms and then have to tape them in place. 😂
