Review on Experience the Ultimate Display with Dell's Led Lit U4919DW Monitor: Curved, 60Hz, HD by Matt Bedell

This monitor is great. Brilliant. Looks great. And ever since I installed it, it's been causing one problem after another. All sorts of little problems that took me hours to diagnose. And Dell customer support has no idea how to help. If you have a problem with this monitor and call Dell be careful they will try to force you to uninstall and reinstall countless programs all in the hope of messing something up and getting the monitor working again. There was nobody at Dell who knew how to troubleshoot problems with this monitor, so it was just a random way to try and uninstall and reinstall OS drivers and updates. At the moment 1) I can't close my laptop while using the monitor because closing my laptop causes my laptop to freeze intermittently which can't be fixed without forcing a reboot and losing all open files, and 2) none of the USB slots is switched on, the rear monitor mode. To really use this monitor, you need the Dell Display Manager software. And this review comes right after I had to uninstall and reinstall it for the fifth time, all due to minor issues. Buyers be careful.
