Not exactly what I wanted, but basically everything is fine.
Didn't see any effect this time. When I drank regular fish oil (I took it in a pharmacy for 170), liquid, a tablespoon every morning, the effect was noticeable on the skin and hair. And in capsules so-so, maybe there is some, I don’t know.
