The ability of BI's system is that it can be used by different types or insurance companies as well so you don't have any problems if your client has more than one carrier in their plan portfolio! I wish there was some way other then just using this software at my current employer (BI) but i believe they are working hard towards adding additional features like payroll integration etc which would make things easier overall. It makes managing health benefit plans much simpler because we no longer need two systems - our clients' own HRIS & ours- when looking into employee data across multiple carriers within each group member profile.
