Easy to navigate and user friendly software- would recommend it to others!

The ability of BI's system is that it can be used by different types or insurance companies as well so you don't have any problems if your client has more than one carrier in their plan portfolio! I wish there was some way other then just using this software at my current employer (BI) but i believe they are working hard towards adding additional features like payroll integration etc which would make things easier overall. It makes managing health benefit plans much simpler because we no longer

  • This program allows me to manage all benefits information for large groups, small businesses with many employees from single platform vs 2 separate programs

Excellent solution for keeping employee health data safe

The level of detail that this system has is unmatched in other software I have used previously (iCloud HR being one). That said - as mentioned above- it's very detailed! If you are looking at adding additional functionality or features to your current platform then be VERY careful about what kind if changes will work well within BIAS. They do not offer easy integration options into third party products so make sure they can handle any customizations required before making a purchase commitment.

  • Ease with which information regarding different benefits, etc.can get inputted for ease access by employers/employees alike without too much hassle involved..it makes things simple especially compared most systems available today out there these days..they've made everything pretty user friendly even though sometimes difficult topics might come along such us employee

Excellent Experience with NewBI for both IT and Business users alike

The ability of BI's online platform is very user friendly as well their customer service team has been great so far! I have only used them through our HRIS vendor but they were able solve all issues quickly which was awesome!! If you are looking at having your entire organization in one place this product can help eliminate some redundancies that we had before by consolidating into 1 system - not sure what else there really would be too look forward to using it more once its fully implemented…
