Review on Benefits Insight by Patrick Matin

The ability of BI's online platform is very user friendly as well their customer service team has been great so far! I have only used them through our HRIS vendor but they were able solve all issues quickly which was awesome!! If you are looking at having your entire organization in one place this product can help eliminate some redundancies that we had before by consolidating into 1 system - not sure what else there really would be too look forward to using it more once its fully implemented throughout my department.
