The level of detail that this system has is unmatched in other software I have used previously (iCloud HR being one). That said - as mentioned above- it's very detailed! If you are looking at adding additional functionality or features to your current platform then be VERY careful about what kind if changes will work well within BIAS. They do not offer easy integration options into third party products so make sure they can handle any customizations required before making a purchase commitment. We use Bias primarily because we already had existing relationships built up through their previous product but were considering moving from them entirely due to lack of support when integrating cloud solutions like Salesforce. The system is very easy to use! It has all of your insurance needs in one place!! Great customer service from everyone I have contacted within this organization as well as their support staff! There are some minor glitches that need addressed but nothing major. We needed something where we could keep track of our employees medical records easily so they don't lose them or misplace them like other companies do it's been great.
