Review on JARBO Compatible Cartridges Replacement MLT D111S by Raji Bentz

Ordered these hoping to save on expensive Samsung cartridges for my Xpress M2070W. I received my cartridges (packaged very well) and was happy to install them. I've tried EVERYTHING to get it working, but I keep getting the "cartridge incompatible" error. Very frustrated, I contacted the seller to let him know about my problem. To be honest I just wanted my money back and just wanted to bite the bullet and buy Samsung cartridges which I know work without any issues. The seller was quick to respond with troubleshooting suggestions which I have already tried to no avail unfortunately. I was offered a replacement, said I would try. Not only did they express overnight, but the second set of cartridges worked great once I installed them. I still don't understand why my printer won't accept the first copies I receive, maybe a faulty batch? Overall, I am very impressed and satisfied with the customer service from this seller. I encourage you to buy knowing that if you have any problems, the seller will solve them quickly!
