I used to just wash my products with water and then tried to do a vinegar bath for a while but I haven't had much luck with the ratio for that so I figured I had would try this. This bottle will last forever because you just drop it in a whole bowl of water. It becomes soapy like soap and you leave the product on for a while. Then you or that and rinse it out and that's great! Example: Did you know that grapes always have a light chalk film? They don't have it anymore after being soaked in it and washed away. It's also good to know that it's about removing contaminants because remember that it's not just pesticides that you have to worry about, MANY people touch your produce, farm workers, grocery store clerks, shoppers on the go checking out produce view the ones you want to buy. There may be germs and pollutants in the air, in trucks, on people's hands; possibly beetle or bird droppings, fungus or mold spores. Any of these materials can be on your product and can be harmful. I also like that foods that you don't peel (like apples or apples) taste better after cleaning with this product.
