Works well but chemical smell and high cost.

I liked these products when I first started breastfeeding and had sore nipples, but I don't like washing them and my breasts after each use. it's a pain They leave a slight chemical odor on the skin. But I will say that if your nipples hurt after feeding or pumping, they feel like heaven, especially if you put them in the fridge. So they do a good job for their intended purpose. Unfortunately, they only last for a limited number of applications - it is expensive for that. My doula suggested silver nipple covers instead as they don't have an "expiry date" and you can use them over and over again.
