I'll admit I was a little frustrated when I first tried to install them, but that was only because I had the wrong app. A quick rundown of choosing the right application: After hours of trying, I figured out what's going on. Your instructions say to download the Magic Home Wifi app from the Google Play Store. However, the right app is called Magic Home Pro. After switching to the correct app, I was able to remotely connect the light to my router. I can also confirm that this works with Google Assistant. If you are thinking of buying just make sure you download the Magic Home PRO app and NOT the app with WIFI in the name.
