I don't usually write reviews but I had such a good experience with customer service that I felt compelled to write one. My order originally arrived and it was the cubic version of this tower. . I contacted the seller and on the same day I was not only told that a replacement would be sent to me as a matter of priority, but was also advised to keep the faulty package. Based on this experience alone I will definitely be buying from this supplier again. The tower itself is great and just what I expected from Ultra Pro Satin Towers.
