Review on YESKAMO Security Floodlight Spotlight Detection by Clint Blackman

This company is a nightmare. They have phone numbers that don't work, they are based in Hong Kong. So if they email you after business hours. They have no interest in helping you. I've learned my lesson and will do my homework before I buy from any other company with an odd name like this one. Installed this camera. It was a pain to install. It continued to give traffic alerts when nothing was there and then 3 months after installation they just stopped working. I tried to contact the manufacturer on the phone number provided and it got disconnected. I emailed them and they replied asking for my order number and telling me to factory reset the nvr but when that didn't work they never replied. I purchased a protection plan, so after 3 weeks of unsuccessful attempts to contact yeskamo, I contacted the insurance company who advised me to contact yeskamo as the product was still out of manufacturer's warranty. After I told them how I tried unsuccessfully to contact them, they took care of me by offering me a refund if I send the product back. This camera system was a real pain. I had to go to the trouble of installing them only to find myself dealing with this type of service 3 months later and going back to where I started to remove them, find and install a new camera system . Save your money and your time.
