I like that you can change your own schedule, if needed or desired in order to work remotely for as long of time at home without being penalized by not having enough hours worked during an pay period! You also cannot have too many remote days off within any given month (which is very important).

This makes it difficult when trying to get more than one week's worth done each day since there are only so few allowed per calendar year before needing another paid vacation from which we would then be required back into our office again after such short amount of "vacation." It has been helpful with getting my job completed quicker while still taking care of myself but this does take some planning ahead especially because sometimes things do fall through due date/deadline etc.. The benefits far outweigh its negative aspects; however these could potentially become less apparent over several years working here depending upon how often they need.
