The bruise wheel is one of the staples of any professional face makeup or custom makeup kit. Many companies make a crush bike, injury bike, or crush stack, but I haven't found one that compares to Meron's gear. While I'm a fan of almost all of their products, the Bruise Wheel is by far my favorite. Cream-based makeup is soft, silky and highly pigmented. A light touch of the makeup pot with your finger is enough to rub it into the skin for a realistic bruise effect. It blends in beautifully and the colors harmonize just the way I wanted them to. I've found makeup in other cream-based bruise treatments to feel much more permanent and harsh, making it difficult to apply and blend. The Mehron Bruise Wheel has been my go-to bruise makeup for almost a decade.
