Cute design and great price but these headphones had constant trouble connecting smoothly to my iPhone X. Even after an overnight charge, the charge level is often very low (at least that's what it reported via Bluetooth). Finally, I found the headphones to be very difficult to remove from the case (and my hands and fingers are fairly normal sized). The lid and the way the headphones are recessed into the case made them very difficult to remove. Overall, while they typically "plugged" into my phone, they rarely connected to my music that I was playing and that combined with the charging issue and difficulty in just pulling them out meant it was a waste of time. and time to try another brand.
