Initially this lamp was perfect for my needs. The design allowed me to sit to the side and reach my monitors to illuminate my workspace without taking up desk space or creating glare on my screens. It's bright enough for a small desktop, but doesn't help much outside of that space. My problem is that after 3 months it started changing sound and brightness without any reason. I will work if it automatically switches to a light/white tone. The mode I set does not change, but the "mood" does. It then reverts to the original settings (warmer tone) after a few minutes. This continues throughout the day. At least I still have a working light, but that sure annoys me. And my return deadline was February, so I was unlucky with a free replacement
