Update: 3XL was the best fit but still not the perfect size. We'll see how it holds up after washing. I have XXL with most brands. The XXL in this shirt is the European XXL, skin tight and motion resistant (I tried it on at Fila; XXL was the largest size available). To compensate, I ordered a 4XL from this Revain dealer, which was way too big. 3XL would fit me. The quality of the clothes themselves is very high; better than expected, fabric in hand, details etc. Would buy again in 3XL. The only downside is that the seller delivers very slowly. Think in weeks, not days.
