Review on GOH DODD Attachment Cleaning Universal Lights & Lighting Accessories by Adam Nikolz

I bought this to restore the finish on the headlights on my old cars. I used Mothers Magazine and aluminum polish. got a chair and did it sitting down. At first I tried using it with the thinnest sanding sponge, but I didn't like the result. I then switched to soft buffs and they worked great. I stuck a short stick into my cordless drill, attached a velcro polishing pad, dipped the pad directly into the polishing glass, and then smeared it onto the headlight. I found that at high speed it went really too fast and a lot of my polishes flew in all directions. So I reduced it to slow speed. I slowly walked around the entire lens. Wiped with paper towels. Then sprayed with water and dried again with paper towels. I found spots where I didn't feel good enough, so I did it a second time and focused on areas I wasn't working on enough. Then repeated wiping and rinsing. I did both headlights on 2 cars in an hour. Now I should have no problem passing the inspection. Total about $30 and an hour time. There may be another bag of soft buffing tips that is even cheaper.
