BAD BATTERY on laptops

I bought this laptop about 2 weeks ago and it came with a bad battery, it takes a long time to charge and when it reaches 100% I start using it on battery. , immediately begins to reduce the percentage, even in economy mode, does not last an hour of use, when the characteristics say that it lasts up to 10 hours, I contacted the seller and they told me to just contact DELL directly, DELL call when requested but just transferred me from one place to another and never made me a replacement.
