I like that it's easy to use, all emails are managed within one system rather than multiple systems as with other services we used previously (iCloud Mailbox or Microsoft Exchange).

It can be costly if your business uses more storage space then what they offer free service wise but this isn't something i have noticed personally at present when using cloud mailboxes through Google Apps etc., This does not affect our usage currently however there may come an issue where Gmail stops supporting certain features so having access via another provider would help mitigate any issues down line! There really aren;t too many downsides which makes me feel comfortable recommending them now - perhaps just look into their pricing structure before signing up? Easy way around managing inboxes from different providers such has Hotmail/Outlook ect without actually moving data back & forth between these accounts whilst still keeping everything under 1 roof / interface.
