Very good work trousers. The "thin" cut is subtle. They're not skinny enough to look like trendy pants a teenager would wear, but they also don't look baggy like Walmart dress pants. There is elastic at the waist to keep them comfortable. They have a crease down the middle of the leg so they definitely look like office pants. I was hoping it would be a very thin and light material because I was planning to travel with them and I needed pants that could be hand washed in the sink and dried overnight. They will not work for this use. While the material isn't all cotton, it's just as thick as a typical pair of cotton Dockers sneakers. Even though I don't plan on taking them on my hikes in Europe, I'm still happy with the purchase.
