These are my first blue light blocking glasses and I'm not disappointed. LED light (probably near UV), plastic reference card to check the blue light filter on the lenses, microfiber cloth, hard case and safety goggles. Wow. They were delivered here. What really impressed me is that they give you the tools you need to test the effectiveness of their lenses at blocking blue wavelengths of light, and let me tell you that they do. You can clearly see how the lenses perform with the lighting and the test chart they provide! I've never seen a product vendor want you to actually test their product and give you the tools to do so. Bravo! Now to the lenses themselves. Aesthetically they are sharp. The frameless design ensures your face disappears without a frame to hide objects on peripherals. If you've ever heard of the eyewear brand Sillhouette, they charge $200 to $400 for rimless glasses. These $10 goggles are lighter and look just as good. Of course, they might not be as reliable, but that doesn't really matter that much in my opinion considering the price difference. The lenses appear to be polycarbonate which is easy to scratch, but that doesn't really bother me as there's a hard snap-on case for storage. Finally, I will tell you about my real experience with them. I'm a computer scientist and gamer. I easily spend 8 hours a day in front of screens. When I put these glasses on, I was shocked. They offer a noticeable difference. I had no real idea what to expect, but here's what I felt: My eyesight was less strained and the screens were softer on my eyes, definitely less dry eyes, less headaches, and possibly an improvement in my mood and energy levels ( although this could be a placebo or could happen with any blue light blocking glasses). At this price I would 100% recommend it to anyone who spends a lot of time in front of screens. In fact, I would easily pay double or triple for the same product. These glasses are stunning, stylish and easy on the eye. My only criticism, if you can call it that, is that they reflect the light very well (as they should). This is really only an issue on video calls when your screens are fully reflected by the lenses and your eyes are covered by the camera. Basically, it looks like you have screens on your glasses. It would be great if they could add an anti-reflective coating to these lenses to fix this problem, but I'm still very impressed that I'll be ordering a second pair as a spare. Hope that helps!
