My uncle remodels floors and stairs. I felt this tool would be of great help in the treatment he needed to do on stairs and floor steps. Besides, he can do a lot more with it. Does not require a cable as it has a rechargeable battery. So it's not attached to the wall. It has so many uses and different heads to swap out, I know he will appreciate this gift! It is convenient to work with this tool in any place. The brushless motor makes this tool so stable and smooth and can reach 10,000 rpm! Wonderful! The handle has excellent grip and is comfortable to hold and use. With lots of accessories such as angle grinder, sandpaper, 2 sanding discs, wood cutting disc, Velcro backing plate. All very useful tips. Best of all, it comes ready to use with its own carrying case and a set of wrenches to swap out all the heads. When I gave this to my uncle he was so excited I made it easy for him and appreciated the thoughtful gift!
