This duvet is fantastic! Washes well, air dry. The 5 lb blanket fits my 24 lb son well, it probably feels like my arm is wrapped around him. Right now he only uses it when he's sleeping so I can monitor his weight distribution. The quilted side is soft but not as soft as the polyester side. A bit pricey but works well and anything that helps his bad sleep is appreciated. With the weight, this helps keep it in place a little more as it rolls around in bed and eventually moves in all directions while you sleep. My son seems to love it and I just bought another one!
