I used to love them and used them for over 3 years when I needed an extra cleanse in my T-zone. But now it seems like they changed the formulation and it has hard little bits of something in it - when I pump it up I can't see it but then I can feel it on my face and palms when I wash my face. I noticed this with my previous bottle and thought it was just a coincidence, but now the second full-size bottle has the same problem - it literally has something like pebbles of an unknown solid that feel like tiny pills. When I've been using it lately, there are small breakouts here and there. Very disappointed as I now have to look for a replacement product.
