I usually use Erno Lazlo's activated charcoal cleaner but they didn't stock it at Sephora so thought I'd give it a try. To my surprise it's a warming gel when it comes out of the pump and I thought maybe that was an improvement over the regular product. However, within a few weeks my skin would break out with pimples, which is what happens when I don't use an activated charcoal cleanser. It didn't work for me and I went back to Erno.

I love Boscia. I use her moisturizer, eye cream, toner and this is my face wash in the morning. Since I don't wear make-up, I don't know if this product is suitable for removing make-up, but it cleans my face very well and doesn't dry out my skin. I first tried a sampler from a beauty salon and found it very good. The product ordered here was very similar but still felt warm after a month of daily use in the shower and I had half a bottle left. I use a pea sized drop. I've heard so many horror stories about hair and face products. , from low PH due to age to diluting food and even adding the wrong substances. So! I was very pleased. My order was great! Excellent! My husband has always dealt with folliculitis and basically keeps it under control and says this is the best cleanser he has ever used. It seems to neutralize oil, salt and all, and doesn't moisturize as much, simply protecting the moisture already in its skin. There is almost no scent and certainly not floral or fragrant.
