I initially gave a bad review after receiving a mattress with a strong smell. The company contacted me quickly after I posted my review and generously offered to refund my money and send me a new mattress. The new mattress still smells, but not as much as the first one. I've been airing it for a few days and it's slowly going away. I raised my rating from 1 star to 4 because the company really went out of their way to help me. They even gave me an extra mattress pad which was really good. However, I cannot give 5 stars as both mattresses I received had an odor. I will let the new mattress air out for a few more days and see if the smell is completely gone, otherwise I will most likely not use it for my baby. I've aired it out for 72 hours and it still smells a bit, albeit a lot less compared to when it was opened. Organic Dreams was very nice and accommodating, I just don't know how I feel about the mattress smell. The rest of the mattress is good.
