I received the package, it's super taped to keep moisture and the elements out. Everything in the box was wrapped in bubble wrap. comes with more than necessary tools for the job, a screen protector and extra screen tape. Removing the original screen was painful and took about an hour. It is recommended to heat the edge of the screen to loosen the adhesive. but as long as you're careful and start at the bottom and work your way up, it all comes out easily. The new screen has breathed new life into my Surface, it performs exactly like the original and looks and feels just as solid. highly recommended.
