I am trying to use this product with a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 ultra. The phone sits perfectly on the holder. Feels safe in a hug. The biggest design flaw is that the robotic arms have their own heads and open up randomly when in use. My first block did this often. So I sent a message to the seller and he quickly sent another one. The second block worked for 10 days, then the same. Now I have a small chip on the screen because the phone fell out of the bracket and hit the metal switch. Another issue I had was that the mount charged very slowly. I eventually found that you need to disable super-fast wireless charging on the Note 20 Ultra for it to charge properly. If you're playing music on your phone while using Google Maps, the battery will continue to charge at a steady rate. Another annoyance is that after charging your phone, you get a screen overlay indicating it's fully charged. But after 45 seconds, the phone drops to 99% and starts charging again, showing another overlay, and then the cycle repeats. So you don't see what's happening on the screen every 45 seconds and that gets old very quickly. I really want this product to work as intended.
