I was so nervous and continued looking for a black long sleeve button up for work for sooo long. I didn't want to end up with something looking like a grandma's cardigan or anything that aged me.I am so so glad I took the chance in this one. It's super soft, fitted on the sleeves and flattering. I don't believe it ages me at all, very pleased. I am typically between a small and medium and got a Medium, the sleeves are fitted but not too tight to roll up when I want. Perfect, medium heft that keeps me warm when it's just a little brisk out.
