Little more than a template
Not worth the money. The plastic is slightly thicker than a $5 quilting template. The plastic is so thin that you have to be very careful when drawing lines as the plastic grid will move as your marker goes through the slot. Stitch ruler, as hard as a quilting ruler. I returned this product and bought a hard acrylic ruler for marking.
