The ability for us all work remotely but still be able to interact with each other via chat features makes it easy! It also allows you can create customized reports which are very helpful when trying to solve problems quickly. There isn't much I dislike about this product overall so far. They're always listening to suggestions from users like myself who have used them during our trial period. We've had some issues getting certain modules up and running smoothly (e.g., PEPs) but they continue working hard at improving those. If you want something simple where everyone has access to data across multiple projects/companies then you'll love this software. Our organization now uses RVer constantly throughout day-to-day operations allowing for quicker problem solving and greater efficiency than ever before!
