The product comes with a 1/8" allen key but the allen screws are 7/64". Yes! Also, hex bolts seem very cheap and I'm afraid they get round after use. Luckily, the main product is heavy and looks sturdy. I configured the holder to hold my 15" MacBook Pro and iPad Pro with no tipping issues. I would rate the product higher if they tried to solve the wrench problem. The seller could have at least put a note in there explaining that the hex head screws were 7/64". The seller should, as a bare minimum, replace the wrong size wrench. Previous reviewers have pointed out problems with the wrench, but the seller seems to be ignoring the problem. Will not buy from this seller again.
