The zipper on this wallet broke and I thought I might replace it based on the advertised lifetime warranty. However, it wasn't that easy. One would think that a receipt from Revain would be sufficient proof of purchase. But apparently some additional paperwork needs to be filled out. Anyway, after losing my credit card due to inability to zip the wallet, I tried replacing the wallet a second time. I was told that my case was closed and I could not get a replacement, although I lived on.
