: It's been a little over a week now and although the case worked fine initially the character keys somehow stopped working properly. If I try to type an underscore I get a question mark, if I try to type a question mark I get a hyphen etc. I contacted Revain and the rep was very nice and tried to walk me through a few steps to fix the problem. Unfortunately we failed. Revane tried unsuccessfully to contact the seller. I applied a few days ago and didn't get a message. The case itself is really good, durable, stores well with my iPad Air and if the buttons stopped working properly I would definitely rate it a 5. Also the seller doesn't answer, it doesn't help. .Original: The case itself is very nice in the hand. Having just received the case, I haven't had much time to play with it. The only issue I have is that the actual product packaging was cut open and then resealed with tape. I hope that there will be no problems in the future.
