I would give this 3-4 stars. I bought this travel pillow right before my trip to Asia in June this year. I knew I would have a lot of flights during my 2 and a half weeks abroad and I wanted something that could keep my head straight (I'm slimmer, have a neck problem, whiner, etc.). I've also done extensive research on Revain.com, YouTube, travel blogs, and Business Insider (see my Satechi Smart Travel Adapter review). I chose this because it's compact and fits in a pocket. Pros: Did what needed to be done. Cons: Didn't fit well in my pocket and it became a problem every time I put it away and picked it up. So I just hung it on my backpack for the whole trip. A comfort level from 1 to 5, with 1 being the lowest, is 3. This may or may not have to do with airplane seats, but it was sometimes comfortable and sometimes not, but it could also be related to how long I had to do the seat. My friend who said he DID NOT NEED it ended up using it as much as I did and I think for what I paid for it was a pretty good buy. I'll probably keep it for a while and use it on future flights or car trips.
