I use them for hands free calls so I rely on the call quality. Outgoing noise cancellation makes my voice clear to others, and incoming noise cancellation is impressively effective too. The noise cancellation is on all the time, which I like. I don't need the extra complexity of an option to turn it off (and wonder if it's on). Headphones are comfortable to wear. I usually only use one at a time - it's more convenient and I can hear my own voice better. Both sounds make me sound like my fingers are plugging my ears. Music doesn't matter, but I'd rather just use one for calls. I wouldn't mind if they were a bit louder and they can be difficult to grab to get them out of the case but I like them too or better than I hoped.
