Cute, but runs large & is heavy

This bathing suit is cute in the ad photos, but not so much in person. I thought it would run small so I ordered two sizes up…but it runs more true to size because it’s too big for me, and I ended up sewing & taking up the shoulder straps and a couple of inches under the arm area, so it fits better now. However, if I had to choose again, I wouldn’t have ordered the black & white stripes…it looks like I’m going to referee a football game, lol. I also don’t like how heavy this fabric is…when I swim in it and get out of the pool, it feels like I have a 20 lb weight on…and it stays dripping wet like I’m wearing a heavy dress. Not my best purchase.

I''m 5ft5" 235 lbs. This suit feels so comfortable! It hides everything I want. I am a 42DDD US and this suit keeps the girls under wraps, but they are sitting a little under the top waist seem. I ordered a size 22 and I think I could have gone a size smaller, but I''m not sure how the girls would have fit. I did take the pads out and that is the picture taken. Overall I''m very happy. Lots of length, built in shorts, flattering cut.
