My husband uses a tens and EMS unit. When he uses the electrodes, they transfer to his clothes when he is active. Due to this, the electrodes do not adhere after the first use. The electrodes are too expensive to replace after one use. Applying the adhesive is easy to use. Put a couple of drops on the electrode and spread it to cover the whole surface, then place where is it needed immediately. This will make the electrode stick like it is new. I do this each time we use the electrode and they last for more than the 20 uses.
