I’m not really sure why using this is better than using conventional oven. Cooking time doesn’t seem shorter, it makes a loud air fan noise and seems to heat the area more than using the oven. Small items fly around inside if not anchored down. Things are supposed to be in single layer so you are limited by the base of the compartment for quantity and most of the time you have to flip the food half way through. Lots of people swear by it & love it but I just don’t get it. Please enlighten me. What am I missing?
