I had to switch to iced coffee to reduce acidity and reflux. I bought it on the recommendation of a family member. I love how easy it is to clean up the area. I will never consider any other brand of bottom filter without a screw bottom. I have a sewage treatment plant and the coffee grounds must not go down the drain. I run a paper towel through the filter after throwing most of the set in the bin. So easy. I only like hot coffee. I add about 1/3 cup of water to 2/3 of the brewed coffee, heat it up in the microwave, and it's done! Reflux after coffee rarely occurs. One batch lasts two days for me. I returned another Primula because the glass was thinner and I thought it would break too easily. It's stable and won't tip over in my fridge.
