Great protection for the modern electronic home

Wall warts" with heavy cords to block the nearest outlet even at long range. Opentron outputs are NOT parallel so interference is never a problem. Many People use this type of surge protector in workshops and I'm sure it's a great use.Mine is for something else which is a home stereo/TV/data center. With two PCs, powered front speakers (the bass speakers have their own amps) and about The power cords failed for half a dozen components, not to mention an antenna, RC charging station, a few tubes, etc. Hand. The ONLY way to get the shelves that hold everything close to the wall is to use them this type of extension, since the standard types are too unwieldy, especially when me yours are needed. Since I have two of those 12 sockets back-to-back, my shelves sit flush against the wall. (And it's VERY hard to get to some of the component jacks, thankfully not needed often!) If some think that's a lot of outlets, that's not the case as I also have 4 AC wall outlets and two of them are 4 octopus outlets to have. connected to them and all this leaves me with only 2 open! No, I've never broken the circuit breaker as 90% of everything requires minimal current. So if you are a stereo lover or looking to install a home theater system these strips are a must have, work really well and are easy to hide behind your setup.
