I really like the fact that Xertica has such a rich background in working with companies in our industry. And not just in Chile. They are a global company, so we can depend on having the right people in whatever locale we send them into. But, I have to say that they are definitely very expensive. At least the ones from outside of Chile. If you can afford them, they do great work. They will solve almost any question we have, and they will get our users (customers or employees) excited about it. As for benefits, we have increased our customer retention rate by more than 10%. There was a lot of turnover at the top level of clients and executives. With Xertica's help we were able to keep our existing customers happy by giving them features and improvements as we always had. Their support team is also a really good asset. They can help in almost any way they choose, and they will do so efficiently. The team at xerTICA has been very professional from day one of our engagement (about 2 years ago). They have always demonstrated high integrity within their work relationship which I appreciate greatly! We are using Xer TICA's services for some initial market research as well implementation assistance during this time period where we need them most - right now they're helping us understand what people want when it comes to mobile commerce applications vs web or desktop platforms.
