The best part of this program is its easy interface of using it,It's very user friendly with simple layout which i like most about it. I like how easy it is for me as an end user, no need of any technical expertise or computer knowledge required to use this software product! The customer service side could be enhanced further but not much in my opinion since they do provide 24/7 live chat facility which makes up most part of their CS team's time anyways!! Highly recommended if you are looking out something that will help your organization achieve its targets with ease using real-time analytics at hand all through one platform.
