Solid construction for my opinion

The thicker handle and metal construction make it feel very sturdy. I use it to deeply massage my neck and shoulder and it holds up well

Pros

It is a great tool for self-care and can be a part of a relaxing evening routine

Cons

The roller may not provide long-lasting results
